Free to start, and free to stay
The free plan is a real plan with no expiry and no card. It is built for one person running a business out of a truck, and it stops being enough at roughly the moment the business starts working.

Every plan shows the same small badge until you white label
That is a deliberate design decision rather than a limitation, and it is worth explaining because it is unusual.
-
Why the badge is there
A customer facing page carries a small line stating that the platform is provided by AlphaFlux. It is how a company we host can be discovered, and it is how a free plan costs nothing.
-
What it looks like
A single unobtrusive line in the footer of the pages your customers see. It is not on your internal dashboards and it never appears in your emails, your invoices or your branding.
-
How to remove it
White label removes it entirely, along with every other trace of AlphaFlux, and gives you the platform under your own name with resale rights.
Moving up never means migrating
The most common reason a small business avoids software is the fear that starting cheap means starting over later.
Every plan runs the same platform on the same records. Moving from one to the next lifts a limit and unlocks modules. Nothing is exported, nothing is re-imported, and nothing that was entered under a smaller plan is withheld until it is paid for.
Limits are visible before they are reached, so an upgrade is a decision rather than an emergency. And if a limit is hit at an inconvenient moment, the platform stops the next record rather than locking the ones you already have.
A company can also add a single module to any plan without changing plan at all, which is usually how it goes: one thing is currently costing money, so that one thing gets added.
-
Same records
No export, no import, no reconciliation. The account you built on Free is the account you have on Scale.
-
Limits announced early
Approaching a limit is visible on the dashboard so the decision is never made under pressure.
-
Single modules available
Add one module to any plan rather than changing the whole thing.
-
Change when you want
Move up, move down or add a module at any time, effective immediately, with no notice period.
A free plan that expires was never a free plan. It was a countdown.
Programs that take money off
These apply on top of any plan, including the paid ones, and they stack with nothing else.
-
Nonprofits and faith organizations
A registered nonprofit, church or faith based organization receives the Growth plan at no cost, verified once and kept for as long as the organization qualifies.
-
Military and veterans
Thirty percent off any paid plan, for active service members and veterans, verified once.
-
First responders
Thirty percent off any paid plan for firefighters, police officers, emergency medical staff and dispatchers.
-
Nurses and healthcare staff
Thirty percent off any paid plan for registered nurses and clinical staff.

Questions people ask before signing up
Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. There is no expiry, no card on file and no automatic conversion to a paid plan. It covers twenty customers, one location, one user, one phone number, a hundred marketing emails a month, and the inventory module. Companies move up when their own workload outgrows those limits, not because a timer ran out.
What counts as a location?
A base you operate from: a town, an office, a depot or a service area. A company working out of one place is one location. A company with crews in three states needs three, because each one has its own schedule, staff and capacity.
Why is white label five thousand a month?
Because it is not a plan, it is a platform. Whoever buys it gets every module with no limits, their own branding and domain, email under their own sending identity, their own bundles and pricing, and the right to resell it to their own customers. That is an operator's cost, and it is priced as one.
Do I have to pay for a year up front?
No. Plans are monthly and can be changed at any time. Annual billing is available and carries a discount for companies that prefer it.
What happens if I stop paying?
The plan reverts to the free tier rather than the account being closed. If your usage exceeds what the free plan covers, you keep read access to everything and can export it in full. Nothing is held hostage and nothing is deleted on a payment lapse.
Can I get a discount for a nonprofit?
Yes, registered nonprofits and faith based organizations receive the Growth plan at no cost. Military, veterans, nurses, firefighters, police and emergency medical staff receive thirty percent off any paid plan. Both are verified once and are described in full on the community programs page.
Is there a setup fee or a contract?
Neither on the standard plans. There is no implementation fee, no onboarding charge and no minimum term. White label and enterprise arrangements are agreed individually because they involve work beyond turning features on.
Start on the free plan
Twenty customers, one location, every core module, free permanently. Move up when the work outgrows it.
