Every call answered, every text logged, nothing typed twice
Your existing numbers on your own carrier account, with call handling per number, a voicemail inbox that reads, and a receptionist that answers before the second ring.
The whole phone system, not just a dialler
A phone system that does not connect to the job it produced is a phone system that costs you a re-typing job every day.
-
Numbers you control
Bring the numbers your customers already know, or buy new ones by area code. Each number gets its own behaviour.
-
Texting that belongs to the account
Every inbound and outbound message lands on the customer timeline, not in a separate handset.
-
Call handling per number
Greeting, ring through target, business hours and an after hours rule, configured per number rather than once for the whole company.
-
A receptionist that books
The AI answers first, checks real capacity and puts the job on the schedule. Emergencies go straight to a person.
-
A voicemail inbox that reads
Recordings, playback and transcripts in the console, with an unread count so nothing sits unheard for a week.
-
Missed call text back
A missed call triggers a text within seconds, which is frequently the difference between a booked job and a lost one.
How a call is handled, decision by decision
Every number carries its own rule set. Here is the order the platform works through when the phone rings.
The receptionist does the parts you would rather not staff
Answering the phone at nine at night is expensive to staff and cheap to automate, as long as it is done properly.
It identifies the caller, works out which office serves the address, checks whether the service described is one you offer, and books the visit against real capacity. It takes the details, leaves a complete record, and hands over to a person for anything that needs judgement.
It is bounded by the same rules your staff are: the service areas you actually cover, the capacity your technicians actually have, and a list of things it must never do. It does not quote a price that is not on your list, and it does not promise an exact arrival time.
The script lives inside AlphaFlux and is versioned, so changing how your business answers the phone is an edit rather than a ticket to a vendor.
-
Right office, first time
The address is resolved against the areas each office covers before anything is booked.
-
Knows what you sell
It can check the service against your catalogue, and deflect what you do not do instead of booking it.
-
Books into real space
Availability comes from capacity rules, not from a guess, so the schedule is never oversold.
-
Escalates properly
An emergency is routed to a person immediately, and a sales call is answered from a script.
Messaging done to carrier standards
Business texting has rules. The platform handles the registration and the compliance so messages arrive.
A missed call is a lead that has already decided to call you. It should almost never be lost.

Questions people ask before signing up
Do I have to port my numbers?
No, and in most cases you should not. You can connect the carrier account you already have so your existing numbers keep working and stay yours. Porting is only needed if you want the number managed under a different carrier account.
Can the AI receptionist take a payment?
It does not take card details on a call, and that is deliberate. It can book the work, take the details and leave a record, and payment is collected through the normal invoicing route where the customer has a receipt and you have a record.
What happens if the AI does not understand the caller?
It hands over. If it cannot place the call in one of the categories it handles, or if the caller asks for a person, or if it is an emergency, the call moves to a human by the rule you set for that number.
Can I listen to calls later?
Recordings and transcriptions are available on the plans that include them, attached to the customer account rather than sitting in a separate call list.
Does this work for a company with several offices?
Each office can have its own numbers and its own call handling, and the receptionist resolves callers to the correct office by address. A central number can also route by the caller's location.
